Concerning sending service of CD-ROM in advance

Sending service of Proceedings (SICE2003, CD-ROM) in advance before the conference is not available. All participants registered in advance and on site can receive the CD-ROM at the registration desk. The participants are able to print out the papers contained in the CD-ROM by using PC and Printer placed at the conference site.
