Purchase of CD-ROM without attending SICE2003

Persons who only want to buy the CD-ROM are required to send the prescribed FAX form (Request for CD-ROM, MS Word, PDF) to the address below. The sending service will start after closing the conference (After 11th, August). It is preferable for the persons willing to buy it to reserve it in advance by FAX, if you want to have it certainly.
