- INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS
- All session rooms are equipped with LCD projector. Please bring and use your own Laptop PC.
- Please be present at the Session room at least 10 minutes before session start. And check the connection of your PC with the equipped projector.
- The allocated time for each talk is 20 minutes including 5 minutes questions and discussions.
- If you need any assistance, please contact the volunteer assigned to each room.
- INSTRUCTIONS FOR SESSION CHAIRS
- At the registration desk, please pick up the Check List for Session Chairs.
- Please appear at the session room at least 10 minutes before the session start.
- Please confirm all presenters are in the session room.
- The allocated time for each talk is 20 minutes including 5 minutes discussions. Please indicate the elapsed time to the speaker appropriately and keep the time rigorously as scheduled.
- In case of no-show, do not move to the next presentation in order to synchronize with all the presentations at other sessions.
- A volunteer is assigned to each session room to assist with equipments and lighting.
- After the session, please return the fulfilled Check List back to the Registration Desk.
