Should a visa be needed, participants should submit the Visa Information Form
MS-Excel file [visa_info_form.xls, 40kB]
or
PDF file [visa_info_form.pdf, 110kB]
to the Registration Desk a minimum of 6 weeks in advance.
The support conditions below MUST be met BEFORE visa assistance can be provided.
