• To SICE2013 participants. Because of typhoon, the Plenary talk 2 (by Prof. Yuanzhang Sun) is rescheduled to PM 3:00-4:00, Sept.16 at ES Hall
• To the presenters who could not come on Sep.16 (Mon.) due to the bad weather. You can make a presentation at a recovery session on Sep.17 (Tue.). Please come to the registration desk at Toyoda Auditorium if you want at your earliest convenience.
• To SICE2013 participants,
  The morning sessions on Sept.16 (MoA*) will take place on schedule. However, please give priority to your safety when travelling to the venue. In the case your session chair is unable to attend, please introduce yourself before presenting. Please check the SICE 2013 site on a regular basis for updates.
• To SICE2013 Session Chair in MoA* sessions
  Please reschedule the order of presentations according to the arrival of the speakers if necessary.
• Different from past SICE annual conferences, SICE2013 introduces of two paper categories: Regular paper (reviewed by full paper) and Position paper (reviewed by extended abstract), for the first time. Please see the paper submission page for detail.
• Registration site is open! To ensure the smooth operation of the conference and avoid long delays at the on-site registration desk, participants are strongly advised to register for the conference in advance.
