Guidelines for Paper Submission

All submissions should be in A4-sized pdf file written in English, and completed through the submission system.
Each initial submission should be an extended abstract of around 2-page long containing
- the title of paper,
- all names and affiliations of authors.
We suggest to use the template files available on Submission Site.
The initial submission deadline is March 10, 2011 March 20, 2011 23:59:59 (JST), April 01 (firm deadline*).
NOTICE: We have closed regular/OS paper submission on April 3. But if you could not submit your paper because of earthquake and you would like to submit your paper, please consult IPC Chair about your late submission at SICE2011-PC-Chair@sice.or.jp by April 15.
All the initial submissions will be reviewed. Notifications of acceptance/rejection will be directed by May 20, 2011.
The standard length of the final paper should be 6 pages. But, 2 to 10 page papers are also allowed.
The file size should be
maximum 4M bytes. The final papers will be published in
the conference proceedings and included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library
as long as presented at the conference. The final submission deadline is June 20, 2011 23:59:59 (JST), June 25 (firm deadline*).
Important Notices
- A full registration will enable you to complete 2 final submissions.
- A student registration will enable you to complete 1 final submission.
- Extra final papers can be submitted with the extra paper charge.
