- Social Technical Tour
- Date:August 9 (Tuesday) 9:00-17:00 (Maximum participants are 40 persons)
- Itinerary:Hayashibara Biochemical Laboratories, Inc., Mt. Washu, Shibukawa Beach, Seto Bridge, and Korakuen Garden

The bus will leave at the conference site 9:00. The first stop will be
at Hayashibara Biochemical Laboratories, Inc. where most-advanced
biochemical technology on enzymes, microorganisms, cellula and others is
developed. Lunch will be served at Setouch Kojima Hotel. After lunch you
will go to Mt. Washu where you will have beautiful sight to see Seto Inland
Sea with many small islands and Seto Bridges. Seto Bridges have 6 bridges
with total length 9.4 km. If it rains, you will visit a ship arranging
house 100 years old instead. Then you will visit Korakuen Garden which was
designed 300 years ago and it is said the garden is one of three most
beautiful gardens in Japan. The bus will stop at Okayama Station at 16:30
and return to the conference site at 16:50. Persons who will attend
Banquet, it is convenient to get off bus at Okayama Station, since Banquet
will be at Hotel Granvia Okayama near Okayama Station at 18:30 of the same day.

will be held at Friday 5, August to Sunday 7, August organized by Okayama CIty.
In the festival, there are fire works, Momo-taro dance parades, Urajya dance parades.
