SICE2008で発表された論文のcopyrightはSICEに帰属しております．
この度，SICE以外の英文誌への掲載をあたかもSICEが推薦をしたかのようなメールが送信されておりますが，本会とは無関係であり，
以下のような抗議文を発信者に対して通知しておりますのでお知らせいたします．

Dear Professor Che Wun Chiou,
Many authors of the papers included in the CD-ROM Proceedings of the SICE
Annual Conference 2008 received an email from you. A typical one is attached
below.
SICE (Society of Instruments and Control Engineers, Japan) would like
to indicate that your email confused the authors, that is, they understood
that SICE offered you the email information of them and recommended you
to publish their papers in the following journals:
- JOURNAL OF CYBERNETICS AND SYSTEMS
- INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ADVANCED COMPUTER ENGINEERING
It is completely wrong. We request you to correct their misunderstanding
promptly.
It should be noticed that SICE holds copyrights of the papers. The editorial
board of its own English journal, SICE Journal of Control, Measurement,
and System Integration (JCMSI), has encouraged the authors to submit the
papers to JCMSI.
