Prospective authors are invited to submit the full version of their manuscripts in PDF format. A maximum of 4 pages in the standard IEEE format is allowed for each paper, including figures, tables and references. Accepted papers in this category will be presented in oral sessions.
Paper size is A4, not use US letter size template.
Do not put page numbers, headers nor footers within the paper.
Only English papers are acceptable.
Each paper should not exceed 4 pages.
The PDF file is editable and not password protected.
Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.
The size of the PDF file should not exceed 3MB.
Poster sessions will be also held in the conference. To participate in poster sessions, please firstly send a paper title and abstract from the above website. And then, please submit an extended abstract paper in PDF format satisfying the following format by the due date. A maximum of 2 pages in the standard IEEE format is allowed for each extended abstract.
