When you pay the Registration Fee, Please write information follow the template(Here), and please send us this template and bank transfer slip by e-mail to le-symposium[at]sice.or.jp and yodchanan.won[at]mahidol.ac.jp(please change [at] to @).
We allow early registration until Augast 9 for Thailand participant. From Augast 10, all registration is Late registration.
If you pay registration fee on or after August 21, Please pay on the day of the conference.
