Organized Sessions
The goal of organized sessions is to provide focused discussions on a new topic or innovative applications of a new approach. Each session consists of five or six papers. All papers of organized sessions are subject to a peer-review process.
Proposals for organized sessions should be submitted through the
submission page by February 20, 2011 February 28, 2011 (extended). The proposal should include
- a brief statement of the focus of the session
- a list of titles and authors of individual papers
The OS proposal will be reviewed by OS Chair, and acceptance/rejection will be sent to the organizer within 3 business days.
The individual papers should be submitted electronically by March 10, 2011 March 20, 201123:59:59 (JST), April 01 (firm deadline *) . All proposals and individual papers should be submitted through the submission page. In submitting the papers, the authors should choose the corresponding organized session in the list of sessions which will be given in the submission page. The name of the organized sessions appear in the paper category after
the corresponding proposal is accepted. Please do not submit papers
until the proposal is accepted.
All papers must follow Guidelines for Paper Submission.
* NOTICE (01/04): We have closed regular/OS paper submission on April 3. But if you could not submit your paper because of earthquake and you would like to submit your paper, please consult IPC Chair about your late submission at SICE2011-PC-Chair@sice.or.jp by April 15.
