The SICE Annual Conference 2008 was held in the Univ. of Electro-Communications (UEC), Chofu, Tokyo, Japan on August 20-22, 2008.

The UEC has focused on fundamental and academic activities in the comprehensive technology with electronics and information since 1918. The conference in UEC will provide a forum for researchers, professionals and manufacturers to exchange up-to-date technical knowledge and experience.
