* Requirements for visa application for SICE 2016 (Updated: June 27)
Before arriving in Japan, ensure that you have followed proper procedure in acquiring a visa if you are not from a visa-waiver country (details is in MOFA page) Upon arrival, ensure that you have completed visa form handed out on the plane.
- For authorizing your short-stay by SICE 2016 name, one of you need to be a presenter of SICE 2016, and need to pay registration fee for the conference.
- Send presenter's below information to (sice2016-secretariat (at) sice.or.jp)
- Full Name in Latin alphabet
- Gender
- Nationality
- Date of birth and age
- Address
- Occupation
- Schedule of stay
-- Fixed flight schedule
-- Hotel schedule during stay in Japan
After receiving information, we will create Japanese/English documents. Then, you submit all of them to an embassy of Japan in your country. Here is a detail process. Note that SICE 2016 cannot guarantee your visa application depending on your and Japanese government's condition. Ensure you have declared any items that you are doubtful about.
